This position serves as the
central communication point between retail sales representative, installation
project managers, installation crews, while ultimately delivering the best
experience to the homeowner. Utilizes
OMS, PSI, SLX & Outlook to track shipments, scheduling & order
Coordinates all aspects of
delivery, pre-finishing, shop value-add activities and installation with
respect to the homeowner, project manager, and installation crew, strives to
provide a positive customer experience.
Also acts as an advocate for
the homeowner that will support profitable growth in the Retail Business
Candidate will lead the Project Coordination fulfillment
process for the Retail Replacement Sales Segment.

ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a minimum of 3-years customer
service related experience.
