Specific Duties:

  • Assist with booth setup and dismantle of tables, products, signs, iPad and literature.
  • Assist with cleaning of windows and doors prior to event start time.
  • Assists with customer interaction during events including scheduling of appointments and taking customer information – name, address, email, phone, project type, etc.
  • Processing of lead/appointment notes to marketing director after events.
  • Serve as Pella and KC Company liaisons during events.
  • Answer customer questions about window and door replacement for K.C. Company, Pella Windows & Doors.
  • Provide basic company information.
  • Assist with other necessary home show event tasks as needed.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Knowledge of sales/home shows preferably.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Superior oral communication skills.
  • Basic computer/iPad skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours.
  • Ability to work Friday through Sunday.
  • Reliable transportation.


  • Hourly plus commission
