Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing business professional for our fast-paced office environment. This is front office work that requires extensive customer interaction on the phone, and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. This position involves extensive use of computers, paperwork, and juggling multiple office priorities. We are a local Pella Window and Door dealer, located in Beltsville, MD. We are looking for Coordinators with experience. Due to substantial customer contact, a clear voice with strong communication skills is a requirement. Excellent customer communication and independent work skills are required. You must:

  1. Be highly organized and detail-oriented
  2. Have prior work history of stable employment
  3. Have reliable transportation

Skills/ Requirements Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Answer phone and schedule appointments
  2. Check email and voice mail for messages and return calls
  3. Communicate and review jobs with technicians
  4. We use Microsoft Office, so a working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel is a requirement.

Salary will be based on qualifications.
